Description:
Undertake road and drainage restoration works on roads within the Shire with damage from rain and flood events in 2019 and 2020.
Scope:
Road restoration or reconstruction and drainage including bitumen sealing, grading, gravel paving works and associated longitudinal drainage redefinition, traffic control, environmental and safety controls and all other tasks required to complete the works
Challenges:
Remote location with limited phone service. Planning and communication with crews at prestart was key
